By completing an order you accept the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Our prices are subject to change. Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Price savings shown on the site are based on our own suggested retail prices. Charges for related to delivery of the product are stated at checkout. See our delivery policy page for details of applicable charges.
2. Whilst Fully Blessed Limited will try to ensure that prices on our website and emails are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable UK taxes including VAT (or GST where applicable). The price does not include any importation taxes applicable outside of the United Kingdom.
3. All goods are subject to availability.
4. Any goods, services or information displayed on this website should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy a product or service on the website.
5. Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by Fully Blessed Limited of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us. When processing your order the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks.
6. Provided you keep the goods in ‘as new’ condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 30 days of delivery. You must communicate such withdrawal to us within that 30 days period. If the goods are faulty or do not conform to the description, you may contact Fully Blessed Limited within 30 days and will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund and we will arrange the return at our own expense. If goods become faulty after 30days then they can be returned for replacement under at the discretion of by Fully Blessed Limited (unless otherwise stated on the product listing). Fully Blessed Limited reserves the right to retain the cost of delivery where goods are returned under any circumstance.
7. Fully Blessed Limited promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn by Fully Blessed Limited at any time. Promotional offers have no cash alternatives. Fully Blessed Limited promotional offers apply to any marked products. Promotional purchases are subject to Fully Blessed Limited standard delivery policies. Unless otherwise specified customers may not return individual products which have been purchased during a promotion for any other reason than defect.
8. Fully Blessed Limited liability for any injury (other than death or personal injury), damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via this website, or from the transaction itself, are hereby excluded. Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of Fully Blessed Limited or any of its agents will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased, together with any delivery charges paid.
9. While all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your payment card details, Fully Blessed Limited cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted and used by third parties.
10. All payments are handled by Shopify.
11. Our product price may include a service fee. This does not affect the total you pay.
12. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
13.  Fully Blessed Limited reserves the right to delete any feedback they consider inappropriate to the general public.
14. English law applies to this contract.
15. Our product images are for illustrative purposes only.
16. Please be advised that orders containing multiple items may be dispatched in separate packages.
17. Fully Blessed Limited may share your email address or other personal details with third party fulfilment partners for the purpose of shipping goods ordered. Fully Blessed Limited will not share your email address or other personal details with other third parties. If you do opt-in to receive emails from us you are also agreeing to us using your email address for our own remarketing purposes (see point 18).
18. Fully Blessed Limited uses Facebook’s remarketing tracking cookies and email remarketing tools. This means we will continue to show ads to you when you are on that platform. As always we respect your privacy and are not collecting any identifiable information through the use of Facebook’s or any other third party remarketing system, or sharing your email with any third parties other than for the purpose of shipping goods ordered.
19. Warranty periods displayed are offered at the discretion of Fully Blessed Limited. Fully Blessed Limited warranty periods are 12 months from your order date.
20. Due to stock restrictions some products have a quantity limit.
21. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts. Only one offer will apply at cart.
